And there is no name on the clear backing...It also has some birdcages and sentiments.
Heat embossed, colored with Mepxy Markers and then added the Dimensional Magic. The sentiment and tag die from Justrite Stampers and Spellbinders.
For this card I sponged the background with Memento Ink and Distress Inks. I've been looking at some of my favorite stamp sets that I never use. From Close to My Heart, "Neighborhood" and "Cityscape Everyday Life" stamps. For the sentiment "Scripty Sayings" by Paper Smooches. I love the thickness of the line in this set of stamps. It creates a bold sentiment that I feel balances well with the rest of the design.
This I made before my first entry. I used Mama Elephant's Thanks sentiment and Paper Smooches hearts. I really love the raised effect achieved with the fun foam!
Disappointed for not making it into the Fire Mountain Gems Creative Clays contest. Worked hard on this one! I guess now I can post it. This one is polymer clay, rubber stamped and then brushed on with mica powders and finished with ice resin. For the square beads I embossed aluminum metal sheet on my Cuttlebug. I filled in the texture with liquid polymer clay and the covered with Ice Resin.
Hi!
I recently purchased the Guiding Light stamp set from Papertreyink. This is a step stamp with lighthouses and some beautiful sayings. This is my first opening the package and using the set. I must say I love it. I saw an artist on pinterest work around a Papertreyink stamped building witb watercolors and loved the effect, so I tried doing something similar with these stamps and create a watercolored scene. I first stamped with Tsukineko Memento die inks and then I completed the landscape with Zig Clean Color Markers and a waterbrush.
I didn't love how grainy the image came out so I will try with different ink pads next time.
These are some of my favorite pillow beads. I love the simplicity and the light colors. I paired it with Jasper oval beads and grey faceted crystal beads.
